Philanthropy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Fundraiser to join our team at Gembridge, partnering with Eastern Health Foundation. As a key member of our partnership, you will play a vital role in growing philanthropic income and strengthening a culture of philanthropy among staff and community members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow major gifts and bequests, with a focus on mid-level and long-term donors.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate a culture of philanthropy.
- Manage and deliver the Gifts in Wills program, including coordinating and delivering high-quality donor events.
- Support the Head of Philanthropy in growing the major gift portfolio and developing relationships with major donors and bequestors.
- Proven experience in gift identification, solicitations, stewarding, and/or Gift in Wills program delivery and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create compelling donor proposals and deliver professional presentations.
- Collaborative and able to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience working to targets and KPIs, tracking and reporting on activity and results.
- High-level computing skills and understanding of donor database management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in fundraising, public relations, marketing, or project management.
- CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) and FIA membership highly regarded.
