**About the Position**

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead our bar and events operations. With a competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience, you will drive a premium hospitality experience while leading a dynamic team in a celebrated destination.

**Position Description**

  • Work closely with sales teams to deliver high-end functions, events, and weddings
  • Coordinate and manage events, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations
  • Conduct client visits onsite showcasing events spaces and our venue
  • Train, mentor, and inspire the bar and events team to deliver exceptional service

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain high-quality standards across all aspects of events and bar operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience managing events and bar operations in a high-quality hospitality venue
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Strong beverage knowledge, particularly in wines, cocktails, and local products
