About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager, Learning and Organisational Development to join our Human Resources team in Central Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organisation-wide strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, monitor, and implement organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and career development of staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address organisational development needs.
  • Contribute to the development of internal communications, event planning, and other initiatives that support learning and organisational development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in designing, monitoring, and implementing organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.
  • Superior communication and influencing skills to support the organisation in optimising workforce capability and achieving strategic goals.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
  • Highly motivated and experienced leader who thrives on driving organisational change and capability development.
