Learning and Organisational Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Learning and Organisational Development to lead our organisation-wide development strategies.
As the Manager, Learning and Organisational Development, you will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and implementing organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.
You will contribute to projects and strategies that support learning and organisational development, including internal communications, event planning, and training programs.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who thrives on the challenge of driving organisational change and capability development.
