Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a focus on Organisational Development and Learning to join our clients people and culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that enhance individual, leadership, and organisational capabilities. You will work closely with senior leaders and their teams to drive development programs, performance coaching, and employee engagement strategies that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Development Programs: Create and execute Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) programs that address the diverse needs of the organisation, while also anticipating future development requirements to align with strategic objectives.
  • Cultivate Leadership Capability: Focus on coaching and developing leadership skills across the leadership cohort, and enhance existing development pathways to support and elevate leadership effectiveness.
  • Drive Development Initiatives: Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that promote ongoing coaching and professional development, boosting engagement and performance for both individuals and teams.
  • Manage Employee Surveys: Oversee the design, delivery, and analysis of employee surveys, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements in engagement and organisational health.
  • Develop Talent Programs: Create and manage graduate and early talent programs that focus on coaching and fostering an environment where emerging professionals can evolve into high-quality contributors.
  • Align with Organisational Values: Ensure all learning and development solutions reinforce the organisation's values and are consistent with capability frameworks and learning pathways.
About You:
  • Extensive Experience: Strong background in learning and organisational development, with proven expertise in contemporary talent development strategies and practices.
  • Leadership Development Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and delivering leadership and organisational development programs, with a focus on coaching and enhancing leadership capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional skills in presentation, writing, and verbal communication, essential for effective coaching and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coaching and Facilitation: Proven strength in behavioural facilitation, consulting, and performance coaching, with the ability to inspire and guide individuals and teams.
  • Project and Change Management: Solid experience in project management and change management, ensuring effective implementation of development initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Development Tools: Extensive experience with tools such as Hogan Leadership Suite, DISC, and 360-degree feedback assessments, utilized to support coaching and development.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data and draw insights to make informed, strategic decisions that drive organisational development.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, essential for influencing outcomes and fostering collaborative relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
