HR Business Partner Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team at kikki.K.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current employment legislation, including Awards and Agreements, and proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

This role will partner closely with the broader HR Team to deliver our HR Strategy, focusing on generalist HR activity, including reporting and analytics, employee relations, organisational design, recruitment and selection, talent management, training and development, performance management, and workplace health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working alongside the broader HR Team to deliver our HR Strategy
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Support Office on all areas of generalist HR
  • Support with the development of HR dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement)
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Analyse HR trends and metrics to develop effective HR programs and policies
  • Manage employee relations cases in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements
  • Support with the execution of organisational design
  • Drive completion of compliance training and support career and succession planning
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure an efficient recruitment process
  • Partner with WHS Manager to oversee WHS matters within the designated portfolio
About the Role:
  • $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
  • On-site role 5-days per week, based in St Kilda Road offices
