Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Culinary Team as a Junior Sous Chef.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring seamless delivery of tasks.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Promptly handle incidents and accurately report on kitchen activities.
  • Maintain food costs within established parameters, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure the outlet meets food safety standards, prioritizing quality control.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as Demi Chef/Chef de Partie and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • A proven track record of working in fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • A strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
