
Culinary Leader

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Culinary Team as a Junior Sous Chef.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring seamless delivery of tasks.
- Train and mentor junior staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Promptly handle incidents and accurately report on kitchen activities.
- Maintain food costs within established parameters, adhering to company standards.
- Ensure the outlet meets food safety standards, prioritizing quality control.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as Demi Chef/Chef de Partie and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- A proven track record of working in fast-paced kitchen environments.
- A strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
