Job Title: Senior Culinary Leader

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing catering operations at our Sydney venues. Their duties will include planning and designing menus for clients, managing day-to-day kitchen operations and compliance, mentoring and developing kitchen staff, and working closely with venue and catering teams to deliver a seamless experience.
