About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a hatted chef in a high-end dining environment. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in daily operations, staff development, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to uphold high standards and create a memorable guest experience from day one.

About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a leadership role within a fine-dining or premium restaurant.
