About the Role
  • Possess extensive experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment, preferably as a senior chef or sous chef.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of food safety procedures and regulations.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and present both a la carte and casual 'all day' dining menu items, showcasing creativity and flair.
  2. Collaborate with executive chefs to develop innovative menus that meet customer preferences.
  3. Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of senior chefs, delegating tasks efficiently to ensure seamless service.
  4. Assist with inventory management, ensuring timely ordering and rotation of stock.
  5. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
