Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional catering and event culinary experiences for our guests

  • Oversee production, portion control, and quality presentation of all banquet food items

  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times

  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and food cost control

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a passionate kitchen team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role in a luxury or high-volume event kitchen

  • Strong product knowledge, technical culinary skills, and a commitment to quality

  • Passion for crafting superb food and memorable event experiences

  • A sound understanding of current kitchen trends and cuisines

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
