Culinary Leader Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm. At our organization, we prioritize work-life balance, offering flexible working hours, opportunities to work casually or permanently, and dedicated mentoring programs to support your growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating seasonal menus in consultation with residents, developing nutritious meals and snacks aligned with our food services program, and ensuring meticulous compliance with the food safety program.

You will oversee and manage meal creation and delivery, as well as events, and contribute to the success of our culinary team. To succeed in this position, you must possess a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and previous experience in Head Chef roles.

Above all, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen.
