Job Overview

The Guest Relations Senior Associate role presents an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced corporate guest services environment.

This position involves ensuring seamless guest arrivals and lobby hosting, providing support for Reception and Switchboard teams, and overseeing daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a smooth arrival experience
  • Providing assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams
  • Rotating across locations as required and supervising day-to-day functions
  • Coordinating same-day catering, audio-visual, and equipment requirements requested by clients
  • Managing MRBS, including assisting with booking same-day reservations, cancellations, and/or amendments to bookings as per client requests
  • Supporting Guest Relations Executives with providing feedback for Senior Associate and Associate performance reviews and ensuring set objectives are being met by the team
  • Managing workspace, ensuring operational standards are maintained and improved
  • Assisting Guest Relations Executives with administrative duties or project work as required

This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment, or event management, is highly desirable.
