Guest Relations Senior Associate Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations Senior Associate to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support to our clients, ensuring a seamless arrival experience and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest arrivals and lobby hosting
  • Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams
  • Including complaint handling, feedback management, and client service delivery
  • Rotate across locations as required and oversee day-to-day functions
  • Co-ordinate same day catering, audio visual and equipment requirements
  • Manage MRBS bookings and cancellations
  • Support Guest Relations Executive with performance reviews and objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal presentation and complaint handling skills
  • Experience in corporate or five-star hotel environment or Event Management
