The Guest Relations Senior Associate is a senior-level role responsible for managing all guest arrivals and lobby hosting to provide a seamless arrival experience. This position involves working closely with the Reception and Switchboard teams to provide assistance and support, including complaint handling and feedback management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting to ensure a positive first impression
  • Assist the Reception and Switchboard teams as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Relations Team to achieve team goals and objectives
