The Senior Guest Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service from the initial guest touchpoint to check-out. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional guest experiences, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
  • Coordinating guest requests across various departments, streamlining processes for efficient resolution.
  • Maintaining team compliance with hotel operating standards and policies, upholding service consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Escalating guest or colleague concerns, responding promptly and thoughtfully to resolve issues with care.
  • Managing ad hoc guest requests with urgency and follow-through to completion, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of property management systems.
  • Familiarity with distribution systems and revenue management principles.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
