Job Opportunity Overview

  • This is an excellent opportunity to work in a prestigious financial institution's guest services team.
About the Role

You will be responsible for managing guest arrivals and lobby hosting to ensure a seamless arrival experience as a Senior Associate.

  • Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting duties
  • Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard teams
  • Rotate across locations as required and oversee daily operations
  • Co-ordinate same day catering, audio visual and equipment requirements requested by clients
  • Manage MRBS, including booking same day reservations, cancellations and/or amendments to bookings
  • Support the Guest Relations Executive with providing feedback for Senior Associate and Associate performance reviews and ensuring set objectives are being met by the team
  • Management of workspace, ensure operational standards are maintained & improved
  • Assist the Guest Relations Executives with administrative duties or project work as required and recruitment if necessary
  • Provide leadership support in the absence of the Guest Relations Executive/Manager for Reports/BCP Auditing etc.
  • Report incidents within specified timeframes
  • Demonstrate commitment to Workplace Health & Safety and Emergency procedures
Key Responsibilities

  • Organising guest arrivals and lobby hosting efficiently
  • Supporting reception and switchboard teams effectively
  • Maintaining high operational standards
  • Providing administrative support when needed
  • Leading by example and supporting colleagues
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate at all levels
  • Personal presentation that reflects the company's values
  • Ability to resolve problems in an appropriate manner
  • Experience in corporate or five-star hotel environment. Or Event Management
  • Administrative skills – Microsoft Office, Zoom and Outlook desirable
