About the Job

As a member of our Regional IS Services Team, you will play a critical role in supporting and troubleshooting IT-related issues within the Asia Pacific region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing end-user IT support and service calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Offering front-line support for IT-related issues, including remote assistance.
  • Maintaining and supporting IT equipment, local area networks, wide area networks, and wireless networks.
  • Documenting IT-related services, including inventory management.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing IT incidents.
  • Handling IT user creation and deletion requests.
  • Coordinating with regional IT, vendors, and third-party support.
  • Aligning with HQ to maintain IT standards and compliance.
  • Monitoring and responding to system monitoring events.
  • Liaising with level 2 and 3 teams to ensure efficient and effective IT infrastructure.
  • Liaising with company staff to minimize disruptions caused by service unavailability.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or higher in an IT-related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT-related field.
  • Experience in client-side support of MS Office and Outlook.
  • Basic network diagnostic skills, including switch, Wi-Fi, and internet knowledge.
  • Microsoft AD environment and IS system deployment experience are advantages.
  • Good and effective communication skills.
  • A strong sense of organization and understanding in case handling.
  • Able to work independently and self-organize.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Office, and Cloud applications.
  • Able to communicate well in English, with Chinese being an advantage.
