About The RoleWe are currently seeking a passionate Guest Services Coordinator to join the stunning and vibrant Melbourne office.
This role is perfect for customer-orientated professionals with Barista training who are eager to excel in a corporate environment.
- Provide impeccable service to clients and stakeholders
- Deliver barista-quality coffee and refreshments (commercial coffee machine on-site)
- Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms for clients
- Event coordination
- Assisting with catering requirements and collaborating with other reception staff as needed
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing environment (Hotel Concierge, Flight Attendant, Super Yachts etc) and be Barista trained.
Presentation skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals in a corporate setting are essential.
You will also possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
