We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our prestigious global law firm in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. As a front of house representative, you will embody the firm's image and client-first ethos.
About the Role:- Welcome and greet clients with exceptional service.
- Provide impeccable support to clients and stakeholders.
- Answer phones and manage the email inbox.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external events.
- Assist with event coordination and provide administrative support when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented background, preferably in a reception or hospitality role. You will possess excellent communication skills, be confident in engaging with senior professionals, and demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service.
