About the Role

As a Corporate Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions, driven by our client's brand and culture. You will also uphold operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a 'happy to help' atmosphere across all Corporate Services touch points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas, with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the workplace to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, specialising in customer-centric events.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments, through a spirit of autonomy and initiative.
  • Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organisation, paying attention to detail.
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments.

About Us

Colliers Workplace Management Services is a leading provider of workplace services. We offer a dynamic and inclusive culture that celebrates success and values creativity and collaboration. This full-time office-based role in Adelaide comes with a flexible roster (40hrs per week) and may support limited after-hours event activity.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
