This role is based in Queensland, working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm. The hourly rate for this position is $34.59.

  • A great opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials as an Administrator.
  • The successful candidate will be assisting the Trade Store Manager with all aspects of maintenance administration.
  • The primary responsibilities include:
    • Processing of invoices via SAP
    • Checking inbox for invoices
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email
    • Processing invoices
    • Accurate data entry
    • Raising of PO numbers
    • Receipting invoices into SAP
    • Following up on invoicing issues
    • Liaising with various accounts departments
  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • Experience in a similar role, admin and or accounts receivable/payable
    • A high level of attention to detail
    • A high level of accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • SAP experience is required
    • Ability to work both independently without direction and within a team
