The company is based in Salisbury, Queensland, playing a key role in providing essential services to their clients. Davidson is currently seeking a Finance Officer & Office Coordinator to support both financial operations and office administration.

Job Description

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax filings, and bank reconciliations. Additionally, they will provide general administrative support to the office and assist the CEO and CFO with various tasks. This position requires someone with strong organisational skills and an ability to balance financial and office coordination duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and maintain vendor relationships
  • Manage A/R accounts and process customer payments
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage deposits
  • Assist with tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and managing assets
  • Process weekly payroll and maintain leave records
  • Organise travel bookings, maintain office supplies, and support event planning
  • Serve as backup for greeting visitors and answering calls
About You

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience and 1-2 years of office administration experience. They are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Xero (Netsuite is advantageous) is required.
