About the Role

This is a part-time (20 hours/week) corporate administration role based in our Brisbane office. You will report directly to our QLD State Manager and provide support to our 70-person team.

  • You will oversee the coordination and administration of office location services, including liaising with building owners and related service providers.
  • Maintenance of general procurement, including mobile phones, PPE, and office furniture.
  • Coordination of facilities, company vehicles, and suppliers.
  • Internal/external event coordination and support.
  • Assisting with onboarding of new starters.
  • Coordination of Health, Safety, and Environment requirements related to the office.
  • Championing office-related initiatives, policies, and procedures.

You will be the go-to person for all things administration relating to the Brisbane office and play a pivotal role in connecting with other corporate functions.
