The Opportunity:
We're seeking an Employee Relations Expert to join our People Connect team on a permanent full-time basis.
This role provides expert subject matter advice and support for complex employee relations activity, focusing on delivering education, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
In addition to conducting workplace investigations and providing coaching and advice, a key aspect of the role is operationalising best practice employee relations management across the business.
Bringing your previous experience within employee relations, you will be a subject matter expert within the business and a critical and analytical thinker.
This role offers flexible working arrangements with the option to work from Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane offices.
About Your Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and guide managers and leaders on employment relations matters, particularly in employee case management.
- Support the People Advisors as an escalation point for employee relations matters, including provision of coaching and guidance.
- Work closely with People Partners, Heads of People, and other key stakeholders to drive employee relations strategies.
- Lead workplace investigations into complex matters, utilising your expertise to inform outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement best practice employee relations and people strategies across the business.
- Provide expert guidance and advice on Bupa's internal ER landscape, employment law, and legislative instruments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, governance, policies, systems, processes, and practices related to ER service delivery.
