The SMB Concierge Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting our sales consultants and retention managers by managing inbound calls and lead referrals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, contact centre experience, and proficiency in customer leads management (CRM).
The successful candidate will also be able to achieve results through sales and customer service, influence multiple stakeholders, and lead by example.
