Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our APAC sales efforts, focusing on large enterprise clients in the mining and metals industries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Leadership: Identify and develop sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise to drive growth.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
  • Enterprise Solutions Sales: Present and sell complex enterprise solutions, addressing business and technical requirements.
  • Strategy Development: Create effective sales strategies for penetrating Fortune 500 accounts and winning in competitive markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in senior sales roles within a product environment, with a strong track record of meeting multi-million-dollar quotas.
  • A deep network and proven sales success in the Metal Supply Chain, Mining, and Smelting industries.
  • Experience in selling enterprise solutions (ERP, MES/SCADA) or complex software products, particularly to Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively to clients.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident with a competitive and tenacious attitude.
