Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored training programs to clients, ensuring they meet their learning needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for new sales and upselling existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate, law firms, barristers, and government departments.
- Develop and implement effective training solutions, leveraging platforms like eLearning.
- Maintain accurate records of training hours delivered and client progress.
- A law degree or a strong understanding of the Australian legal landscape.
- Demonstrated customer success experience, preferably within the legal industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Boolean and free text search principles.
- Authorization to legally work in Australia.
