We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting schools to get the most from our platform.
Job DescriptionAs an Engagement Manager, you will be the face of our organization to our customers. You will work closely with technical team members to address and resolve customer issues as proactively as possible.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish and grow strong customer relationships, and remain accountable for customer happiness throughout their entire journey. This will involve acting as a customer advocate with a focus on continually improving the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience working with educators and in the K-12 education sector
- Exceptional skills in cultivating relationships
- Exemplary organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail
- An empathetic, customer-first mindset, with an appreciation for the kinds of situations faced by schools on a day-to-day basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
