We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Advocate.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience or recent graduates with relevant internships or part-time work. They will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and providing feedback to the Product and Sales teams.
The Customer Experience Advocate will collaborate with Marketing and Engineering on product development during the discovery phase, assessing value, usability, and feasibility of product features. They will maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, bringing in new ideas to delight customers and renewing our customer base as the main advocate within the organization.
