Customer Advocate Role

The Customer Advocate is the face of our organization to customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience.

This role involves establishing strong relationships with customers, acting as their champion and advocate. The Customer Advocate will work closely with technical teams to address and resolve customer issues, guiding schools to integrate our platform into daily practice in ways that improve teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with educators and in the K-12 education sector, with exceptional skills in cultivating relationships and an empathetic mindset. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt in the face of evolving product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance on our platform
  • Establish and grow strong customer relationships, remaining accountable for customer happiness throughout their entire journey
  • Work closely with technical teams to address and resolve customer issues, improving the overall customer experience
  • Guide schools to integrate our platform into daily practice, ensuring they get the most from our solutions
  • Coordinate customer and partner queries with technical teams, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed
