Customer Support Professional

We're seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a champion for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure they have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish trust and rapport with customers through multiple channels—phone, email, and live chat.
  • Guide and educate customers on navigating the platform, from onboarding and making their first trade to troubleshooting issues.
  • Drive success by working toward individual and team targets and KPIs, consistently documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Be a team player by serving as a role model for our sales process and call principles.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with inbound or outbound calls, as well as working toward targets or KPIs, is preferred.
  • Strong communicator with highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solver who can troubleshoot and solve unique customer issues while documenting lessons learned for the wider team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to consistently improving your skills and knowledge.
