Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Varonis. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling and presenting our products and services to current and net-new prospective enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
