Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Hotel Concierge to join our team at The Darling. This is a fantastic opportunity to build memorable connections with our guests and hotel teams while providing personalized service and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and add value to the activities of team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures, and ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes
  • Ensure guest queries are handled timely and professionally through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale, and fosters teamwork
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest service supervision/management role is highly desirable
  • Outstanding passion to deliver exceptional guest service and a commitment to excellence
  • Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar is advantageous
  • Bilingual/Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Flexibility to work in a full-time capacity across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
