Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and create a positive first impression as an ambassador for OTFC.
  • Schedule consultations and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Conduct client onboarding and execute documentation in a timely manner.
  • Support occupational therapists to streamline service delivery.
  • Provide reception duties and administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support and client-facing role.
  • Experience with scheduling operations, customer interaction, and reception duties.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • HubSpot experience is desirable but not necessary.
