About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our reception team as a Front Desk Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with us.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the front desk team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing waitlists, and coordinating patient flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient demographics, medical histories, and treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records systems.
