Front Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Recruit Personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience within an office environment, confident computer skills including XERO, and a current drivers license and transport.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional front desk support, handling calls, transfers, and messages with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct general administration tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Update systems and maintain accurate records, contributing to the smooth functioning of our office.
- Coordinate the ordering of supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
- Process invoices using XERO, demonstrating expertise in financial management.
- A minimum of 6 months experience within an office environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
- Confident computer skills, particularly in XERO, highlighting proficiency and attention to detail.
- A current drivers license and reliable transportation, facilitating flexibility and responsiveness.
