We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in developing strategic partnerships with distributors across various regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in shaping our business plans, driving initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of Distribution Partners.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they fully understand and execute Red Bull's merchandising standards. This involves coordinating regular meetings, setting communication schedules, and discussing upcoming and ongoing Key Account Programs.

You will also develop annual business plans in collaboration with distributors, focusing on organizational requirements, distribution, volume, execution, investments, and other KPIs. Additionally, you will engage with all levels of the distributor's business to gain buy-in to the business plan.

A key aspect of this role is developing knowledge of key account systems and their relation to distributors' operations. You will proactively use Out-of-Stock analysis to ensure proper merchandising and hold distributors accountable for data submission into our systems.

As a distributor structure and accountability expert, you will have a thorough understanding of internal systems and structures, as well as working knowledge of routing procedures. You will be able to suggest better routes to market and/or manpower needs based on distribution and account frequency.

This position requires excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability. You should have outstanding sales experience and a track record in the Consumer Goods industry, preferably with 5+ years of Wholesale or Distributor management experience.
