We are seeking an experienced Chief Partnership Development Manager to join our team at 1835i Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with company goals and regulatory requirements. You will also establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnerships and monitor performance to optimize initiatives for maximum value.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partnership management and a deep understanding of the Retail Banking landscape. You will have a proven track record of building out multifaceted partner ecosystems and experience working with Product and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive strategic partnerships that align with business objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with company goals and regulatory requirements
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnerships
  • Monitor performance and optimize initiatives for maximum value

About You:

  • Extensive experience in partnership management
  • Deep understanding of the Retail Banking landscape
  • Proven track record of building out multifaceted partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with Product and Technology teams
