The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced State Sales Manager to lead our sales team in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including licensed venues and retailers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales management or account management role, with experience in the licensed sector
