Role Summary
Samsung Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Sales Manager to lead our Consumer Electronics division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering sales targets across the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
