Job Title: State Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced State Sales Director to lead our medical device sales team in Sydney. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving growth and implementing strategy to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of medical sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow key accounts
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Support the team to achieve business objectives, including sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading a high-performance team in a hospital or aged care sales environment
  • Significant knowledge of capital medical sales buying strategies
  • Degree qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
