Position Overview

Samsung Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Sales Manager to lead our Consumer Electronics division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering sales targets in your designated state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in the Consumer Electronics division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional managers, store managers, and key proprietors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance, provide coaching and feedback to sales teams, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop sales teams to enhance their skills and competencies, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate changes, and adapt to new situations.
