Role Summary


As a State Sales Manager at Samsung, you will lead the State's Area Managers, Sales Associates, Technical Consultants, and State Trainers to bring the sales & retail strategy to life at store. You will play a key role in developing strong customer relationships with Regional Managers, influential Store Managers, Key Proprietors, and those on the steering committee.

Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver CE sales targets and key Retail Management KPIs for your State
  • Build strong relationships within the State with key contacts
  • Conduct monthly meetings with key Harvey Norman Franchisees
  • Understand opportunities within each store and retail precinct to drive business and create proposed plans to the business for approval
  • Develop and manage store call cycles, Zones, and precincts structure for the State
  • Point of escalation for all field-related matters

Team Management and Development



  • Oversee team journey plans to drive efficiency and accountability in each State
  • Regular store visits to develop and mentor team members
  • Oversee local training strategy and implementation
  • Ensure team tasks are completed on time and in full
