We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Field IT Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our Digital Workplace team, you will provide exceptional customer experience and immediate solutions to end users across multiple locations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing Level 1/2 support for end user devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting;
  • Deploying SOE images onto user devices via SCCM;
  • Maintaining and utilizing End User Compute devices managed by AC3;
  • Troubleshooting Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, O365 issues; escalating to the relevant team when required;
  • Supporting Audio/Video Conference equipment;
  • Diagnostics of hardware-related faults and liaison with vendors to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT Support role;
  • Deep understanding of support best practices, including identifying root causes and going the extra mile;
  • Level 1-2 knowledge of Desktop, Networking, and Windows Server technologies;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
