About the Role
Hilti Australia is a leading company in the AU market, and we're seeking a skilled Field Account Manager to join our team.
This role will involve playing a crucial part in understanding customer engagement dynamics and maintaining profitable accounts.
You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver solutions.
As a Field Account Manager, you'll be on the field daily, driving to meet clients face-to-face and generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and nurturing leads.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, a customer-centric approach, eagerness to learn, and internationally or domestically mobile with a desire to develop and outperform.
We offer a competitive salary base of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, uncapped bonus, tools of the trade, and many opportunities for growth and development.
