About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Enterprise Support team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our enterprise support customers in building applications and services on the AWS platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and provide expert advice and guidance on how to leverage AWS services to achieve their goals. This includes identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, developing and implementing customized solutions, and ensuring seamless execution and delivery of these solutions.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously, providing regular updates and progress reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. You will also have the opportunity to participate in strategic planning sessions, share best practices, and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary package with a base salary of $**120,000 - $180,000 per year**, depending on experience.
