We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our Weploy team. In this role, you will be working with existing and potential insurance members, answering their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for handling membership applications, claims requests, and inquiries. You will also be required to make outbound calls for follow-ups and provide exceptional customer experiences.
You will undergo 2-4 weeks of training, which will include virtual classroom sessions, learning theory, compliance, and hands-on practice. Our supportive team environment will help you grow and develop your skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 6-12 months of recent contact centre experience within the last two years. Insurance experience is a plus, but not essential. You must be a positive, can-do attitude holder with excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. If you are available to work 37.5 hours full-time each week (Mon-Fri rosters across 8am-7pm), we would love to hear from you.
