About the Role:

  • Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and effective resolutions to client queries.
  • Resolve and escalate incidents as necessary, ensuring that all clients receive a swift and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and proactive communication.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a call centre or helpdesk environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
