About the Role

As a Solutions & Implementations Specialist, you will be responsible for helping our sales teams articulate value and sell more to our Real Estate Agency clients. You will also support with product demos to help clients get maximum value out of our tech solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a great deal of autonomy to make the role your own and work towards career progression opportunities that many in the team have achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with our Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver sales pitches that articulate value to customers.
  • Provide product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client's businesses.
  • Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements.
  • Support conversations at the time of contract renewal to ensure that valuable clients are retained and continue to get the most value out of the solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience working in (or with) the Real Estate Agency sector.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Strong sales mentality and comfortable presenting to clients.
  • Valid Australian drivers license and own vehicle for travel to clients.
